Ms. Hoh Lee Ming is a seasoned finance leader with expertise spanning accounting, statutory compliance, taxation and consulting. Her career includes senior roles with KPMG Malaysia, Ernst & Young Shanghai, and Baker Tilly Singapore, as well as extensive experience in multinational corporations across diverse industries. Ms. Hoh holds a degree in Accountancy from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore and Chartered Certified Accountant of ACCA.

Senior Vice President (Projects)

Mr. Ng Kock Shern is an IT professional from Singapore with over 30 years of experience, mostly working on government and public sector projects. Over the years, he has led systems integration efforts, managed difficult projects, and helped get complex initiatives back on track.

Currently a Senior Vice President at Wizvision, Mr. Ng leads one of the Project Departments and oversees service delivery for various technology initiatives. A big part of his role is making sure teams have the right tools, support, and direction to get things done, especially on platforms like the Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC).

Mr. Ng keeps up with new technologies such as cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and automation, always looking for ways to improve how projects are run. He enjoys working with people, building strong teams, and sharing what he has learned along the way. While every project has its share of challenges, he focuses on creating a culture where people stay adaptable, work through problems together, and keep moving forward.

Notable achievements include spearheading strategic national initiatives like the JTC Punggol Digital District Open Digital Platform, leading homeland security deployments for the Federal Reserve Bank and Australian Federal Police and pioneering smart estate and command-and-control systems for government and military agencies.

Mr. Koh’s expertise lies in implementing smart architectures leveraging AI, data analytics, and cloud-native technologies. He has a strong track record in pre-sales, tender management, and operational leadership, with a focus on building resilient systems and optimizing resources.
